Ingredients

  • 1 lbs of flank steak sliced in strips 

  • 1 Tbs. coconut oil 

  • 1 green  pepper cut in strips 

  • 1 yellow pepper cut in strips 

  • 1 red sweet pepper cut into strips           

  • 1 cup diced onion 

  • 1 cup mushrooms 

  • 2 tsp.  chopped garlic

Preparation

Step 1


Heat coconut oil on a medium pan


Step 2


place all ingredients on a medium heated pan. Cook until peppers are soft and meat is cooked to preference.
