Ingredients
1 cup cubed sweet potatoes
4 oz. breakfast sausage
1 cup organic spinach
1 tsp. coconut oil
Preparation
Step 1
Peel and chop sweet potato, microwave for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Heat skillet with coconut oil and cook the sausage, add sweet potatoes and spinach and cook for another 5 minutes on medium heat.
