Ingredients
3 eggs
1 tsp olive oil
½ cup spinach
1 tsp. turmeric
½ tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. Braggs nutritional yeast
Serve with ½ avocado and 2 Tbls. salsa
Preparation
Step 1
Heat pan on medium heat add olive oil, spinach, eggs, and scramble.
Step 2
Cook for a couple minutes and then add the turmeric, black pepper and nutritional yeast.
Step 3
Serve with avocado and salsa (optional).
