About the Recipe
Ingredients
1 lbs. cubed beef
1 Tbls. coconut oil
1 cup broccoli
1 cup carrots chopped
1 cup sweet peas
½ cup water chestnuts
2 Tbls. coconut aminos
1 tsp. fish sauce
3 cups frozen cauliflower rice with 1-2 Tbls. olive oil.
Preparation
Step 1
Heat pan to medium with oil. Cook beef for 7-10 minutes
Step 2
Add veggies with coconut aminos, fish sauce and a little water cover with a lid and steam for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Cook the riced cauliflower in a little olive or coconut oil in a pan for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Serve stir-fry over cauliflower rice
