Ingredients
2-4 chicken breasts
1 Tbls. coconut oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 Tbls. thyme
2-3 cups green beans
½ cup water
Olive oil to finish green beans
Preparation
Step 1
Cook chicken breast on medium/high heat in skillet with coconut oil add salt, pepper, and thyme.
Step 2
Cook green beans in a separate pan with a little water and cover with a lid, steam for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Finish the green beans with salt, pepper and drizzle a little olive oil over them
