About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs 

  • ¼ cup coconut oil 

  • ¼ cup coconut sugar 

  • 3 Tbls. coconut milk or  almond milk 

  • 1 cup ground flaxseed meal 

  • 1 Tbls. cinnamon 

  • ½ tsp. baking  soda 

  • 1 tsp. baking powder 

  • ½ tsp. salt 

  • ½ cup Craisins

Preparation

Step 1


Heat oven to 350 degree 


Step 2


Add all ingredients to a blender and blend.  Put muffin linners in tins and pour mix. 


Step 3


Bake for 15 minutes.
