Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 banana

  • ¼ cup ground flaxseed meal

  • Mixed berries for serving

  • Coconut oil for greasing skillet

Preparation

Step 1


Mash banana and mix with eggs and ground flaxseed meal.  


Step 2


Heat skillet  to high, grease with oil and pour pancake mix on skillet.  Allow to  cook for 3-4 minutes then turn and cook for 3-4 minutes on the other  side.  


Step 3


Serve with mixed berries and butter if not sensitive to dairy.
