Ingredients
1 lb. Ground Turkey
1 tsp coconut oil
1 Tbls. thyme
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper ½ cup of green chili or salsa
3-4 romaine lettuce leaves
1/2 cup shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix with carrots
Shredded cheese (omit if sensitive)
Non-dairy garlic sauce such as Majestic Garlic creamy sauce Lime
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in pan and cook the ground turkey with spices and green chili or salsa.
Step 2
Rinse romaine leaves and pat with paper towel.
Step 3
Once the turkey is done use the lettuce leaves as tortillas and add the cabbage or coleslaw mix with cheese, non-dairy sour cream and a squeeze of lime.
